When you contact us
If you fill in the form, call or write, we keep the details you give us (name, contact, area and a description of the problem) in order to reply and prepare the quote. Form requests reach our email through the Web3Forms service. We do not share these details with third parties for other purposes and we do not use them for advertising.
Requests that did not lead to a job are kept for one year. Client records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Job applications
If you apply to work with us, we use your answers only to assess your application. The form reaches our email through the Web3Forms service. Applications are kept for up to one year, unless you come to work with us.
Visit statistics
We use Simple Analytics, a European service that counts visits without cookies and without identifying people. We can see, for example, how many people visited a page, which site they came from and how many times the QR codes on our business card were scanned. We cannot see who they are. We also receive a notification on our phone when someone starts browsing the site or scans one of those QR codes. It shows the approximate city, the type of device and browser, the network provider and, on the site, where the visit came from and the page it started on. We do not store IP addresses and we do not build profiles.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which delivers the pages from the server closest to each visitor. As with any website, those servers receive the IP address and the type of browser in order to respond.
Fonts
Fonts are served by Bunny Fonts, a European service that does not log visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to pineapplepinturas@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
